problem statement: manufacturing process of the idly /wada/gara....viz. that of the mix ...becomming fluffy


Opportunity a : explore adding small quantum of yeast  while grinding for better results.


Opportunity b: deriving  from how oil is used in cooking the cake in a oven

                .....idly mix optionally with egg's ....can be tried out for innovative baking of
                a tasteful savv0ry i.e. cooked-baked process symultaneously.


Opportunity c: innovative cooking apparatus for idly,wada ...viz. those requirng to be immerssed in oil.

                viz. remember the old or traditional utensil used t0 measure the weigts  and grains.\\\

                deriving a stand used f0r staking plates untencils etc in kitchen ware etc,


                 By making untencil (sayera, gidda ...termed in telugu ...and making them porous for oil to seepin for the 
                 materail to get cooked ...such that the utencil is either immersed or floats is boiling oil ) with 
                 a porous material or reffer to the specifically designed  container that is prous  in nauture with out the lid on top .... 

                 by filling the container with the dough ...inversing a stack or holder of untencils in he the container,

                 and letting or dippinb the container inthe hot oil such that the material gets cooked, by removing
                 the cooked or backed stuff and sliced can be eaten as v0da ;....easy to cook and a simply to adapt\
                 pr0cess from cake backing usable for baking ideally.


Opportunity d: deriving from process of cake baking and idlt baking ....derive a innovative dough that offer's distinctl taste
               can be servered much like a cake or a idly....tasty and  mouth savouring.
