Problem statement :  concept of  Task Manager, Task organizer in personal organizer's / mobile-devices/pda/email or group-ware assitants
                
                     given the tasks that some or most are recurring in nature

                        ....extend the task reminder beyond to be more than a sticky note-reminder.... bundled with features derivable from
                        a task-scheduler, with all the nifty ...deft GUI features.


opportunity :  A use-case modeled ...utility manager ...with invokable-pointer  into various utility-software's(i.e. invoke the utility software
               with customized or pre-configured settings).

               one may recall OLE ...more aptly would be appropriate if , kind of a url or link i.e. a short-cut-to-application 
               with requisite parameter's as input.


               eg: call up a contact,

                   draft a email to a contact,

                   invoke a tele-conference-with-userlist-from-contacts[or predefined-numbers]

                   catchup with content on a web-url/blog.


              Also ability to email /sms ...a task in a co-ordinated or group-ware kind of a solution/activity , thus offering
              scope for extension or innovation in work-flows.
             
              eg: participation in a webinar/tele-video-conference/
