Opportunity: A innovative pen torch/focus light cum cigar lighter to be fueled 

             by gasoline or CNG to be derived out of a cigar lighter and 

             a petromas light(usually found in the country side of rural india)

             Also modify the way a petromas light is ignited by providing the ignition
