information - complex The complex of the Deragonray is just as it is called: complex. The Deragonray is a small island country, taking up what can barely be construed as a continent, which is called Central. The complex itself has fourteen hollowed out mountains for inhabitants to live in, the largest mountains in a chain in a spiral pattern. The largest mountain, Jairu Tower, is used as the hubbub of all intergalactic activity. Jairu is a well-known landmark of the Central countryside, with its large dish and singular spire. Ambassadors are given a place to stay in the outer rim, complete with central heating and plumbing. The many mages and craftsmen of the Deragonray have worked hard on all the rooms to make them the most luxurious possible. The majority of the Deragonray's foreign affairs are handled by the Elite, otherwise known as the Deragonran Ambassadors. A group of black-robed and black-cloaked creatures who wrap at least one part of their heads or faces with black scarves. They are not as menacing as they seem, for they are devoted to making sure their guests are comfortable. They handle all foreign affairs with frightening efficiency, while sitting in dark rooms lit by silver lights. When they are in good moods, they even wear dark grey. The rest of the Deragonray is run by a mix of an oligarchy, dictatorship and democracy. Only those who fall into certain categories, which are different for each tower, may lead. Only those who are powerful enough to be able to keep their position of power may lead. However, if the public is unhappy they may order the leader to step down. The leader should obey, but they may decide not to. This would, undoubtedly, lead to violence. credit
