council - extended One major thing to keep in mind when considering the Extended Deragonran Council is that it truly is a large council. It rarely ever meets as a whole, except in times of war and even then in the most dire of circumstances. The extended council is formed up of the leaders, the thar, the aru and the im. Therefore, anybody in any position of authority. However, many who were in positions of power did not attend the Extended Council for they were not invited. The Extended Council only recognizes those in offical positions of power. This list is, therefore, divided into three groups: retired, current and trainees. The retired members are those who no longer attend the Extended Council on a regular basis, yet are courteously welcomed to stop by. The current members are those who always attend the Extended Council. The trainees are those who may one day reach a position of power and, therefore, observe quietly. For the purposes of this list, the Council is listed from longest time in office to least, then alphabetically.
