The cameras followed them everywhere. Just like they�re going to follow us every where. They�re going to capture every second on tape. Every up and every down, I don�t know if I can handle it. I want this so bad, but I just don�t know if I can handle it. My whole life on camera, from the time I wake, to the time I sleep. Being exposed like this scares me a little. I guess if they did it, so can we. If we want it that bad.
Damn Kristen thought as she watched the girl storm out of the room. There was no way she was leaving.
How hard can being taped for a while be? she thought as a few other girls choose to leave. Kristen looked around the room and seen there was only 12 people left.

�And there goes the competition,� Alicia muttered to herself. She watched girls walk out of the room. She sighed before she heard a voice.
�Anyone else leaving?� Brian was asking the remaining girls, all of whom stayed seated.
�Alright then,� Kevin said �There�ll be two people to each room. When you�ve got a roomie come and get a key,�
Alicia looked around the room and seen people pairing up. There was another shy looking girl sitting in the corner she decided to approach. She had
�Hey,� Alicia said once she got to the girl �I�m Alicia. Do you wanna share a room?� The girl looked around
�Sure. I�m Shannen,� She said as she stook out her hand for Alicia to shake.
�Great,� Alicia said �Lets get our key,�

�Wanna room?� Kenna asked Beth who was sitting beside her
�Yeah, seeing as your the only person I know,� She laughed
�Gee. Thanks,� Kenna said as she got up to get a key

�Wow...� Kristen said as she walked into the bathroom of the hotel room. It was pretty much a normal hotel room but the bathroom was it�s gem.
�What?� Alyssa, the girl Kristen was rooming with asked as she walked into the bathroom. From her appearance it was hard to believe Alyssa was trying out to be in a group that would most likely end up being a pop group. Her black hair looked dry and she kept it in two braids starting at the bottom of her head. A blue bandana held the hair that wouldn�t quite fit into the braids out of her face. She wore a somewhat baggy t-shirt and baggy pair of black jeans with a silver chain going from the font pocket to the back pocket. Resting on her face was a pair of glasses with thick brown frames.
�Look at this bathroom,� Kristen said of the bathroom with the huge bathtub and sink.
�It�s nice and big,� Alyssa said as she walked past Kristen and sat on the side of the tub.

�You think he�ll be around here all night?� Jayden, Alexandria�s roommate asked as she pointed to the camera man that followed them up to the room. Alexandria laughed.
�I think we�re supposed to just pretend he�s not there and that we don�t have a microphone above our heads.� Alex said as Jayden nodded.
�Isn�t it easier to get those little microphone packs in our back pocket and have the mic on our shirt or something instead of having that thing above our heads?�
�Probably,� Alex answered �But why we don�t have those things is beyond me,�
Both girls were taking their things out of a suitcase. They were silent for a few minutes until Jayden spoke.
�I�m kinda hungry,� She said �Do we have anything to do tonight?�
�No clue,� Alexandria said �We should find out though,� Jayden nodded.

�I�m tired,� Bethany said as she flopped down on a bed. This time there was two and not one, and this time they weren�t paying. Kenna looked at the clock. She still had two and a half hours until they were all supposed to meet for dinner.
�You can stay here then,� Kenna said �I�m going to go explore the hotel. It�s big enough. Maybe they have a game room somewhere,�
�Have fun,� Bethany said as Kenna left the room.

�I�m going to go wander the hotel hallways,� Shannen said after almost twenty minutes of sitting on the bed flicking through channels. Alicia laughed.
�You do that. I think I�m going to take a shower,�
�That�s cool,� Shannen said picking up a room key. The camera man and the camera followed her out of the room.

�Confessionals,� Brian started �Will be given every few days,�
�We want you to remember that even though being taped everyday until two months from now if you make the group, or until you get sent home, is probably a little irritating, it will help you in the long run,� Kevin said. The members of O Town nodded before Jacob spoke.
�We know what it�s like,� He said pointing to the other four guys �We went through a process that�s very much like the one you�re going through,�
The ten guys once again stood in front of the girls. They were in the middle of explaining how the recording would work. Cameras would be around with the girls until from when they were up in the morning until they went to their rooms at night. The only place the cameras wouldn�t go was the bathroom. Phones would be tapped into, looking for anything to make the show a success.
�We know it�s sad,� Kevin said �But not only will you be competing with each other and other groups out there, but you will also be competing against a strong Thursday night television line up. We want to make not just the group a success, but the show also,�
