"We�ve got another long day ahead of us," Brian sighed as he and Nick were driving to where the auditions were being held.
"I know," Nick said "Why do they have to start so damn early today?"
"So we can be finished early," Brian answered as they pulled into the parking lot "We have to have another conference call when we�re done with today�s auditioners too," Nicks response was a groan. Brian laughed at his friend.
"Why are we doing this again?" Nick asked
"Good publicity," Brian answered. What lead them to the situation was a rumoured comment that the Backstreet Boys made about O Town. A comment that wasn�t at all true.

Ashley and Dan walked into the audition room, and Ashley was still half asleep.
"Hey guys," Dan said to Nick and Brian who were standing by a table with an assortment of breakfast foods on it.
"Hey Dan," Brian said as Nick gave a little wave.
"What�s the plan for today?" Ashley asked as he poured himself some juice
"Auditions, and a phone conference," Nick groaned. Dan and Brian laughed.
"How long do you think the auditions will take?" Ashley questioned
"I�m not too sure," Brian answered "We wanna see if they have studio quality voices so we can narrow it down even more,"

"Do I look ok?" Kristen asked
"You look awesome," Leah answered. Kristen was getting ready for the day�s auditions.
"Alright," Kristen said. She was extremely nervous. "Do you have any clothes I can dance in?"
"Yeah," Leah answered "I bought some because I knew the hotel had a gym in it,"
"You rock girl," Kristen said as Leah handed her some clothes
"I know," Leah laughed "When do you need to be there?" she asked
"umm, 40 minutes," Kristen answered as she looked at her watch
"You need me to drive you?" Leah asked
"Please," Kristen said "Can you even stay with me?"
"Of course," Leah answered
"I was hella bored yesterday," Kristen laughed, but it was a nervous laugh, not her usual comfortable one
"Calm down girl," Leah said "your gonna give yourself a heart attack,"

"Alright," Kevin said to Jacob and Howie when they met in the lobby of their hotel that morning. "We need to narrow our number even more,"
"How much?" Jacob asked
"I�d say we needed to bring back about 50 profiles to Orlando to choose from," Kevin answered
"How do we narrow it down THAT much?" Howie asked
"We see if their voices are studio quality," Kevin answered "They�re not all studio quality, I was able to tell yesterday,"
"So we�re putting them in the booth right away?" Howie asked
"Pretty much," Kevin answered "Then the ones we don�t cut are gonna work with the choreographer,"

"Dance clothes," Alicia muttered as she threw a pair of clothes in her large big purse. Alicia was getting ready for round two of the auditions. She was in a rush because she�d slept in a more than a half hour. When she was finally ready there was only 10 minutes until the audition started. When she got the the auditions there was a line, but no where near as long as it had been yesterday.
"What�s happening?" Alicia asked a girl who was sitting beside her. They were all waiting inside a building today.
"We have to go into the studio," The girl answered "Then they�re gonna cut some, and then whoever doesn�t get cut will work with the choreographer,"
Alicia sighed as she realized the pressure she was under. "Thanks," she told the girl.
Today they were calling in people by name. When they called Alicia�s she nervously stood up along with all the other girls who were called. There was only 10 of them. They were in the studio for about an hour, just seeing what the voices sounded like. There were girls with voices that had been MUCH better the day before.
"alright," AJ said "We�re only going to take you," he said pointing to Alicia. Alicia smiled.
I knew I�d prove her wrong she thought
"Thank you," she said "Thank you so much,"

"Beth," Kenna called "Are you almost done in there,"
The two girls had got one room the night before and Kenna was waiting to use the bathroom. Unforunately she�d slept later than Bethany so she had to wait.
"Yeah," Bethany called back. Kenna sat down on the bad and waited for her new friend to come through the door.
"What took you so long?" Kenna asked when Bethany emerged. Bethany laughed.
"We�ll see how long you take," Bethany said as Kenna walked into the bathroom. Bethany continued to get ready for the day. She quickly got a bag together before sitting down and turning on the tv.
It was 20 minutes later when Kenna came out of the bathroom, fully dressed and her hair was up in the same messy bun as the day before.
"You ready to go?" Bethany asked the younger girl
"Yup," Kenna answered "I got my shit together while you were showering,"

"Alright Alexandria," Kevin said "Just get into the booth and put on the earphones. You�ll hear the music and your voice when you sing,"
"Alright," Alex said stepping into the recording booth. The music of Helplessly, Hopelessly by Jessica Andrews flowed through the earphones, and the words flowed from her mouth.
"Thank you," Howie said when she was through "You can just wait in the other room with the other girls," Alex nodded before leaving the room. Negative thoughts ran through her mind, but at the same time so did the positive ones.
