�Can you do that just a little higher?� Jacob asked Kristen who was in the recording booth. She nodded before singing the line a few times to get his and Brian�s approval. Brian shot her a smile and Jacob nodded. She sang again, this time she was recorded.
�That was great Kristen,� Brian said. Kristen smiled and took off the head phones.
�Alright, now get Alyssa in here,� Brian said as Kristen came out. She nodded and went to get Alyssa.
�Hey!� Alyssa said cheerfully as she entered the room
�Hey,� Jacob said before giving her directions. Alyssa nodded.
�Just like before?� She asked
�Just like before,� Brian assured her
�I can do that,� Alyssa said before entering the booth and slipping on the headphones. She read over the lyrics for a minute and went over them in her head. She nodded at Brian who played the track. When he cue came she sang.

�Can you do that a little lower?� Brian asked
�Yeah,� Alyssa said before redoing the verse.
�We need to work on breathing,� Brian said to Jacob who nodded.
It was a few hours later when the girls were finished working on their vocals and recording.
�We�ll go back to the hotel and we�ll let you know who�s getting cut,� Kevin said before ushering them to the van that would take them back to the hotel. The girls were quiet the short ride to the hotel. The whole way Ryleigh and Krys were whispering quietly. When the van pulled into the hotel parking lot the girls piled out and into a conference room in the hotel.
�Alright,� Dan said �After studying you all today and with the help of some people from the record compaly we�ve made some decisions,�
�Wait!� Krys interrupted
�What?� Dan asked
�I - I�m leaving,� she said. There was a course of why�s through out the room.
�I�m leaving too,� Ryleigh spoke up quietly �I don�t wanna be another Eden�s Crush,�
�I don�t want to do this with out Ry,� Krys explained �And, I always said I�d never want to be on a reality show because they were fake. I�m quitting now because I still have part of my pride,�
�Fair enough,� Kevin said �We wish you both the best of luck. But, we will still do the cuts.� Ryleigh and Krys left the room, without the cameras.
�Alright,� Dan continued �As I was saying we�ve made some decisions. It wasn�t easy but we�ve decided to send Diana and Marie home,�
The girls immediately starting hugging the girls that were cut. A chorus of �I�m sorry� and �I know you�ll make it someday� echoed through the room before they left to their rooms.
