| On Payton's first birthday we started out the day by having his portraits taken at the mall. Grammer Teresa & Papa Dan also came from California for the big event. Here he is in the t-shirt he got from Conner. It says "Best Little Brother in the World." (Aren't those legs so cute!) |
| For his birthday Payton got clothes, pajamas, a toy phone, a dump truck, and some books. I ordered a birthday cake from the Safeway bakery just for Payton to dig in to. He put his fingers into the icing and as you can see, this was his reaction. Not too sure about it. He dug a little bit more and just ended up crying! Then we took the cake away because we didn't want to torture him on his birthday. |
