The Search Continues
The question dawns on everyone's mind, why would Nicky Mills disappear off the face of the earth? He's one of the most demanded superstars of all time, wanted by all of Hollywood and Wrestling companies. People compare him to having the job of what the NWA World champion used to have, such as Ric Flair, traveling from company to company and facing their best wrestlers. Nicky is also one of the most demanded Hollywood stars of all time, and his films Lost Heroes and Wrestling Dreams bringing in a tremendous amount of publicity by the media.
After one of the greatest matches of all time, is it questionable to believe that maybe he was embarrassed that he didn't get the job done by beating Michael Edwards? Maybe by not beating Michael, that he didn't live up to his promise of ending his career, and therefore believing that he failed in his mission. So why would be fake his own death? So many questions but nobody to answer them.
A slow melody of piano music starts as a black scene turns to a busy location filled with passers by, people going around their daily business. The melody begins to speed up as we close in on a typical American coffee house, with the sign inscribed as 'Star Bucks' along with the popular logo, as the camera moves in closer and closer to a couple sitting down on a table, and the identities of the mysterious couple are revealed to be the FBI Agents, Agent Karls and Agent Stone.
The blonde woman known as Stone is looking rather plain and normal, without any heavy makeup. She takes a giant slurp of her cappuccino as Agent Karls, the man seen by the river, seems to be drifting into his thoughts. His black sunglasses reflect the sunlight, as the blonde woman picks up her cell phone and speaks loudly into it, annoying a few people nearby. After several minutes, she hangs up the phone, much to the relief of nearby customers, as Agent Karls , seemingly to have been waiting for her to finish the call, immediately speaks up...
I don't know about you, but this case is getting weirder by the minute. We find a body which should have belonged in the morgue, and it being preserved for evidence. Now how would he be able to get hold of a body like that?
An inside job maybe? He must have known a few people inside the police force.
Well yeah, but why would he disappear like that?
Have you been living under a rock for the past year or so? He is wanted big time! He's been arrested several times for the assaults of fellow UwA and TnT wrestler, such as Jeremy Cundiff and Gavin James. He was still out on bail for the Cundiff one before he was yet again arrested for the murder of Kenji, his partner in the JP Morgan 1998 Case, and for stealing $40 million dollars from the bank itself.
Jesus! You mean we let him out on bail for that one too??
We didn't have a choice in that one, for one, he was working with the United Wrestling Alliance, and they were pissed about not talking to them first. They made up the assumption that we were trying to harass Mills, and were ready to sue the pants off us, so we let him out on bail until August, which was a big mistake.
No way! And now he's done a runner?
It seems that way. We know he's not dead now, and has used the time to escape, going into hiding for a while. We searched his Californian home, and we didn't find a damn thing. That son of a bitch is one of the richest guys in the wrestling business! And yet he managed to escape from us. Is it me, or are we too damn dumb?
It's us alright, we let the guy out on bail, TWICE! How stupid is that?
Agent Stone seems reluctant to answer, as she nervously takes a gulp of her now luke-warm cappuccino and throws her hair back, adjusting it with a hair-band to make it a knot, as Agent Karls decides to let Stone not answer the question, but seems confused on why she doesn't do so. The two share a moment of nervous silence as Agent Karls excuses himself to go to the restroom, and Agent Stone makes a phone call on her cell phone. She goes to a corner of the coffee shop and speaks quietly into the phone, and after a long while, she nods and puts the cell phone down, with a look of pure anger as Agent Karls returns from the restroom, and notices Agent Stone looking rather flustered.
Anything wrong?
I don't believe him! That bastard!
Who? Nicky?
No, the Chief. We have to go to the UwA event this weekend, known as Stranglehold, wants us to get SWAT team down there. And why? Because he thinks someone phoned them and said he'd be there.
Well maybe he's doing the right thing.
I suppose so, well we have to head back to the station. Lunch break was over a long time ago!
The two nod and slowly walk out of the coffee shop, as the camera switches to a location near them, where a man dressed in a long black coat, covered with a baseball cap is watching the two officers get into a black car together, and slowly drive off. The man is then is revealed to be...'The Outlaw' Nicky Mills! With a smirk on his face, he walks off into the distance as the piano melody slowly stops, as the scene fades to complete darkness.
