Nicky Mills and the Government Evidence

The scene opens rather abruptatly, as a SKY News bulletin appears and the introduction is shown, but a 'Breaking News' covers the screen in red letters. Many would take this as a general emergency, but maybe others would take this as an alarming arrest. A man, sitting at a desk, with gelled black hair which can clearly be seen, and showing a face which would only be shown on emergency's, addresses the public.

I'm Thomas Arnold, and this is Sky News. We have just received news that Nicholas William Mills, a top wrestling and Hollywood celebrity  currently living and working in America, has been arrested on charges dating back to 1988, of murder and armed robbery of the JP Morgan bank, where a body of a Japanese gangster known from the Red Dragons as Kanji Mutousi was found. Our correspondent, Jason Briggs, will tell us more.

We then go to a man, standing behind a very busy office, filled with all sorts of going on, as the screen then goes half, with Thomas Arnold and Jason Briggs, as Jason stands silent and un-moving, before answering the question.

Yes, what you have has been confirmed by New York Police, who gave us a statement today regarding the arrest. The charges date back to 1988, almost six years ago. Although Nicholas has been arrested before regarding assaults of wrestlers, one of them he is still on bail for. He is being charged for murder of, supposedly, his partner, Kanji Mutousi, who's body was found at the scene. $40 million dollars had also been stolen from the JP Morgan Bank, but the police, taking that the attack on him by certain members of the Red Dragons was revenge related, put two and two together, and had found that possibly Nicky had been involved. We do not know at this time whether bail will be set, as they have still not finished interviewing the suspect, or whether he will be allowed to go back to work. The United Wrestling Alliance, the company that Nicholas is working for, has not yet issued a statement regarding this arrest, but we shall be expecting one soon.

More is said about the incident, but the scene slowly fades to black, as we then go to a police building, as we follow through the crowded halls of people working at the station doing their jobs, as we then drown out all hearing, and end in a small interview room, where two police officers stand beside the entrance, and two FBI interviewers with large amounts of paper, as 'The Outlaw' Nicky Mills, dressed in a Kovenant tee shirt, and black jeans, seems to be not intimidated by the surroundings. One of the men stands up and slams his hand on the table, maybe a sign of frustration, but maybe as a fact that the attorney is not yet present.

Look, we have evidence to suggest that you were involved with the 1998 JP Morgan robbery, whether you like it or not. We also have evidence that you murdered Kanji Mutousi at the scene. Although this dates back six years ago, we are not letting this case go, and you will be going to trial.

Are you suggesting I am a murderer, Mr...?

OK. Because I, being a popular celebrity that I am, would not carry out such a foolish act, nor would I rob forty million dollars. You guys have got this situation all so stupidly mixed up, because even if it does date back six years ago, before even I was involved in wrestling, I wouldn't be desperate enough to commit such crimes.

Pal, we have enough evidence to put you in jail, and throw away the key. We have a televised statement with YOU telling the public about your views, and this was to the gang followers, The Red Dragons. Then, we found on the body of Kanji that his murder wasn't an accident, that he was forced to die, possibly by somebody cutting the bungee jump cord that he was using. A man is dead, and your the prime suspect.

I am not anything, I am being wrongly accused of a crime I did not commit, or of any crimes you have against me.

Stop playing Innocent! We know you were there, and we know you had relations with the Dragons. Your assault was merely retribution, was it not?

You think I am intimidated by your foolishness to try be the big man in your silly little job, trying to make people like me fall to your ways? I believe, Mr. Trundle, that you have weak evidence and that you have the finger pointed on me. I was attacked because they believe that I am wrong about their ways of dealing with things. I am a world man, and me thinks the American way is absolute crap!

Whether your view is right or not, you are still being charged with armed robbery and murder. Nothing will change that. You are also on bail for an assault on Jeremy Cundiff, who is lying in a hospital with serious head injuries, possibly permanent, because of YOU AND YOUR EGO!

He never pressed charges, nor did Gavin. They saw it as a storyline advancement.

You are a man who thinks the world revolves around him. Your status in wrestling and Hollywood makes you believe that you can do anything and get away with it. But I am not letting you slip through my fingers like you did with the Gavin James situation. You WILL be tried for your crimes, and I will personally see to it you are convicted for your crimes.

Is that a threat? Are you going to be stupid and contaminate police evidence so you, personally, can see me in prison? Isn't that perjury, my good man?

No, what it is, is that you, I know, have done these things. Six years ago, you killed Kanji Mutousi to retrieve the forty million dollars you stole. Not only did a man who was tricked into doing a robbery, who had a wife and three children, lost his life, but that his partner did the deed! I KNOW YOU WERE THERE! Do not lie to me that you were not there when it happened.

I am not lying, you peon! This is the truth, the whole truth, and nothing but the truth, as you court boys say. You have already made up your mind about my conviction, so I shall say no more.

TELL ME WHAT HAPPENED!

Two words, No Comment.

The man becomes overcome with anger and rage and takes off his chair, obviously wanting to know the truth. As the man grabs Mills, trying to fight the answer out of him, the man is knocked on the ground with a right hook. Nicky looks to the other man, who checks to see if his partner is alright, as the two guards surround Nicky and handcuff him, as he is led away by the officers, as the scene fades to black.

We go back to the prison cell, as Mills is pushing himself against the wall, wanting to be released. This looks like the same situation he was in with Jeremy Cundiff, as he is looking to kill time. The door opens, and a shout of 'Your attorney is here' booms in the cell as Nicky smiles and laughs, as the camera reveals the identity of...Judas Auslander! Wearing a very rich looking suit and holding a briefcase, shakes hand with his former enemy, now partner.

Jesus man, your in some tight spot. I think they will allow you bail, although it will be about $4 million dollars. I have filed a complaint about the incident in the interview room and I have a copy of the interview tape as evidence. You'll be out for a while, because your trial will be about in August or so, because they need to gather their evidence, so you'll be allowed to work still.

Good, because I'm sick of what they're trying to do to me.

I've paid your bail, so they'll release you in a few hours. We have to catch a flight to Anaheim pretty soon for Stranglehold, so you can compete for your match You'll be released on bond, and also you'll have to adhere to the rules, which you know what they are. So I suggest you make the best until August, because we don't know what they have to convict you.

Thanks for getting me out of here, I'm sick of the FBI, I'm sick of all the authorities trying to be on my ass all the time, every single year, month, day, hour, minute and second of my life. But one thing keeps me going, that I have a true existence of this earth.

Listen, I'm going to finish up what's here with you getting released and all. I'll order your limo to pick us up when your officially released. So I'll say I'll catch your later, yeah?

Judas smiles and nods as he steps out of the cell, as the camera is straight on Mills, who sits on his prison bench, smiling in a sick kind of way, maybe of the fact that he has a match, and that the anger inside of him is coming out. He then addresses the camera, continuing his speech...

Do you hear the silence of men, that they have been defeated? You will never hear that from me, because I will always continue to fight. No matter what the authorities try to do to put me back in jail, I'll always tell the world what I think of America and its ways. This system is a joke, and frankly, the economy is a joke too. We have become a world which cons people out of money, that takes advantage of people, and most of all, uses image to make people buy things. Not only are the people too stupid to realize this, but the companies take advantage of this too.

This is why I must live, to fight against the American way. To fight against their ways of making people succumb to their deadly ways: fight or be the enemy. Why should Russia take the U.S.A's shit and bomb this fucking country to the ground? They're scared of it's power, that's why. Their scared that the nuclear bombs will destruct their puny little homelands and destroy everything they hold dear. This is the threat that America uses to make people beg for their lives, and to surrender to them. Not negotiating, but the threat of terror makes people give up their fight. America is nothing and it will continue to be nothing, just a wasteland of decay until the government learn what not to do with fighters.

Isn't it just a coincidence that after I make a speech declaring my hate for the American way, that I am arrested with petty charges? For one second, don't listen to America's way of telling you things, but listen beyond the cloud, and you shall hear the truth of the justice that is being foretold. Listen to what America has told you, and then look at reality. America do nothing but threaten their fellow countrymen, and that's how they get what they want. If they don't, they cry like babies and threaten to go to war with them. Even the United Kingdom has surrendered and joined their fight for terrorism, but I am a man who knows the reality of this world. That is why at Stranglehold, just merely a day away, I will destroy our enemies. The Kovenant has declared war on the UwA, and that we will never surrender, and we will never back down. People like 10 Minute Major and Rubeus Dahrkov will merely be lambs being led to the slaughter, because if they believe they are fighting for the UwA, they are dead wrong. They fight for nothing, while the Kovenant fights for the truth. Our forces have gathered and this is the calm before the storm, as the six man tag match will be the hurricane of the wrestling world.

None shall be spared, and only one team shall prevail. This is why I am the leader, to lead our soldiers into the battlefield against the mere team of 'The Golden Boy', 10 Minute Major and Rubeus Dahrkov. Is this a joke? Michael Edwards is not a threat to me or any of the Kovenant, but I am determined to put an end to him and his talk of being a legend. I will show how a legend works, that they must eliminate any signs of fools who call themselves this moniker. Edwards, the clock is ticking, and I ask you one question, Are you prepared for what awaits you? I do not think so, because when we step in the ring, and the referee signals for the bell, your time has come for you to pray for your life. Major and Edwards may become merely a memory, and their children shall be left orphans, and their wives as widows. What a shame, it is sad to see such a thing happen to innocence. This is because of their ego's, and they only have themselves to blame. Edwards, do you remember your funeral? I remember it well, because it will come to reality come January Damnation, but this is testing the waters. Ask yourself a question, will you survive the war of legends? I know the answer without thinking. Shame, because once you look into my eyes, and you stare into the mind of an assassin, you will realize that you have been sentenced to death. The Kovenant are the judge, jury and executioner. The UwA team will fall, I guarantee this statement. There will be no room for mercy, no room for the weak, only the strong shall survive, and I see no man on your side strong enough mentally and physically to survive my wrath of dominance. You will fall, so accept your fate and die for your measly causes.

All the UwA can come up with is a bald headed bowling ball with a brain the size of a peanut, and a guy trying to get recognized by being Hardcore. Is this all of the threats they can come up with, Terror X? Oh wow, I'm shivering in my boots, seriously. Big Boss, Cappy, and Andrew Hetherington. What a team! Compared to our ranks of power, they are little ants and we could easily squash their ant hill. They seriously believe they can fight our ranks of Cosmos, Placebo, Rilo, and I. Face it, nothing can beat the Kovenant. Not even the training that Michael Edwards is doing can save him from what I will do to him, and that is annihilate him from this match. Being here doesn't mean I will not train, because that is what I have been doing all week, upping my mental game and physical game. You see guys, what you see here is a machine that will NOT STOP, you hear that, NOT STOP FIGHTING! Michael Edwards, 10 Minute Major, and Rubeus Dahrkov, you thought I was bad...

It's about to get a lot worse...

The cell door opens as Judas steps back into the room, accompanied by prison guards, as Nicky smiles and nods at his companion, as it seems he is being released on bail. The halls are long, as Mills walks through them, and his mind is thinking about their match, as he smiles back at the prison hall, and walks out of sight, as the scene fades to black.

Statement from the UwA Headquarters Office

It has come to our attention that one of our superstars known as 'The Outlaw' Nicky Mills was arrested for charges dating back to 1998 of murder and armed robbery. Although the decision may be controversial, we have decided to continue to employ him and he shall be competing in Anaheim, California at the Sunday Stranglehold show.

He shall continue to work until August of 2004 when his trial shall take place, and therefore shall be temporarily not work with both Hollywood and wrestling commitments. We ask that media companies do not ask about these charges nor do they mention them in his presences, and we have taken it upon ourselves to make sure none of our commentators mention this incident, although it will be discussed between fans and wrestling websites.
