Part I

Why did you do it, Mills?

Why?

Inside a darkened room with the location unknown but only a flicking candle which continues to burn strongly. In the darkness however an outline of a figure can be seen holding something in his hand. The camera gets closer and the reflection of the photograph on the light shows that the photograph is. It has a picture of Nicky Mills and his former friend Jonny Fly in happier times, both flipping off to the camera and both wearing tuxedo's and sunglasses. This picture looks to be from the Dynasty days while the men were in Japan for a TNT show after Nicky became the World champion for the first time. He holds it on top of the candle, his eyes still focused on the photograph.

Did I have to go as far as I did? Did Jonny have to suffer because of the past? I humiliated and beat him down into the centre of the ring? The Dynasty Hitmen, Kent Strong, I took that all away from him. Was it necessary?  He was my friend, a man who helped me take revenge for my brother.

Mills lowers his head and begins to remember the good times he had with him and a tear begins to form from his right eye which drips down onto his cheek.

Jonny... I'm sorry for what I did. I just hope you can forgive me.

But then another side is shown when his fist curls up into a ball and Mills begins to laugh as he wipes away the tear and smiles.

Wait a minute... What am I doing? That piece of shit deserved every minute of his destruction. The Dynasty Hitmen and Kent Strong are with me now. They are my true friends. I am rising... Jonny Fly always tried to keep me down, and now I was keeping him alive in the wrestling business. Now the tables have turned. Now I am the TNT legend.

Nicky holds the photograph over the flame and holds it out in front of the flicking candle, the photograph then slowly being engulfed by the flame. The candle continues to flicker while Mills drops the photograph, which has now turned into ashes. Mills sneers and puts his hand over the candle and lets the flame touch his hand.

Ashes to ashes, and dust to dust. Let the Jonny Fly reign die.

As the scene slowly fades to black, Mills begins laughing and a look of evil in his eyes shines before he blows out the candle, and the wrestler is plunged in darkness.

Opening backstage in the locker room of Nicky Mills moments after TNT Mayhem, two men are seen discussing business in the large suite. Kent Strong, the new manager of Mills, and 'Behemoth', wearing his mask so that he cannot be seen by any intruding cameras. Kent is fixing himself a glass of whiskey and we know now the identity of both 'The Baron' and 'Smith', Travis Williams and Kent Strong, who has turned on the man who used to manage him and is now siding with Nicky after Mayhem consisted of Jonny being heavily injured. Kent is deep in conversation with Travis and we are listening in halfway.

Kent Strong: Travis... You have nothing to worry about. I assure you everything will go to plan.

Travis Williams: I can't just let him slip away. What did you do to him?

Nothing.

Your a liar, Kent.

Why? Jonny's in the hospital. I got what I wanted, and so did Mills.

Can the shit, you bastard. Nicky would have never done that to him. That's not the man I knew.

Do you even KNOW what Jonny did for Mills? I only found out until just recently. He poured his damn heart out to me and told me everything. His entire family is dead except for a father who wants nothing but death inflicted upon him, and he's the head of a drugs business that he has to put beside him to wrestle, and that tears him to pieces. Jonny and Mills were tight and were practically brothers.

No. Nicky acted of his own accord.

STOP FUCKING WITH ME, KENT! When Mills lost his younger brother to those CIA motherfuckers, he helped him. It was Nicky and Jonny that were responsible for wiping out the Lunacchio family.

Your telling me that he would have done that to Jonny knowing that he was the reason why he got his revenge?

I told Mills the truth. Jonny used him just like he used me.

Travis lights a cigarette which he had taken from his pocket and takes a large puff before answering Kent.

Let me tell you something, KENT. You can try blow smoke in my face, but I know the truth. Do you really think Nicky could do that to Jonny? Turn on him and bury the man in the centre of the ring? Rub it in his face? Say that he hates him and beat him half to death with a steel chair? No. I don't think so.

Do you think that something is wrong with him? I'm not a manipulator.

Maybe I know otherwise.

And with that, tense silence engulfs the atmosphere while Kent and Travis eyeball each other. It looks like thinks could get very hot here and a standoff could occur.

Fuck you. If you want to brainwash Mills, then your going to do it over my dead body.

Precisely.

Travis stares at Kent and throws the cigarette at his forehead. It merely bounces off and Kent steps on the cigarette to put it out before merely just looking back up at him.

No. Not even a chance, you motherfucker. Tell me what you did to him.

Like I said, I haven't done anything. He acted of his own accord. Now, Travis, be realistic.

Okay. Mills is in a fragile state of mind, and you manipulated him to get rid of Jonny. The guy's in a mental state right now because of all the shit with Cundiff. He cured him and then 'something' happened to him.

That's not my fault.

Yes it is. You twisted him around to do that to Jonny. I'm not stupid, Kent. That 'something' was you.

If I have to tell you to back off, me and you are going to go round and round. If you don't believe me, that's fine. But I'm going to bring him back to the land of the free. In other words, he's my friend

Both men suddenly stop as Nicky Mills has entered the room. He smiles at both Kent and Travis, and the gigantic wrestler turns to talk to him.

Mills?

Nicky looks up to Travis and then his eyes glide over to Kent, who looks back and grins.

Welcome back.

Nicky Mills: Christian... I don't want to hurt him.

You've antagonized the guy, and now your afraid of him?

No...

Then, what's the matter?

Mills looks down and then looks up, a look in his eyes seems to have affected Travis who realizes that the wrestler is confused with his feelings.

I'm afraid of what I'll do to him, Travis. He's your brother.

But you have to fight him. You don't have a choice in that matter.

I...

The Eurasian champion steps back in horror and falls to the ground, screaming loudly as he clutches his head. Kent and Travis look at each other in confusion and then attend to him.

Stop it! Stop going into my mind! Help me! I'm sorry Jonny! Jeremy! Christian! Travis...HELP ME!

And with that, the wrestler almost immediately become unconscious as the scene fades to black.

Nicky wakes up in his own mind, a figment of his own imagination but the scenery around him is an old Victorian graveyard which has many old graveyards and while the heavy wind blows some tree leaves against the graves. Vines and such have grown on the graves while Mills notices someone in the distance looking at him.

Hello?

The person smiles back at him and the person is revealed to be Jonny Fly.

Long time, hm.

Mills shakes hands with Jonny and begins to speak.

Man, I...

It's no worry. I always wanted to be battered half to death in my own wrestling ring.

Is that sarcastic?

Jonny sneers and the wind almost blows at the same time.

Duh.

I can't stop thinking about it. You were my friend, and you were always there, but you disappeared without a trace.

But things change.

Fly... Please... Forgive me.

Choose a side, Mills. Choose.

The figure of the 'Kid Wonder' then begins to disappear and Mills shouts out to try and talk to him.

No! Come back! JONNY!

Nicholas... your time has come.

Kent Strong stands next to him and Mills spins around to confront him.

Fuck you, Kent! You turned me on him. Why? Just because you hated him?

There are things in life that sometimes happen. You cannot deny them and you must learn from them. Nicky... it's time you decided.

Decide what?

TNT Wrestling is a pimps league, and if you let Christian take advantage, your going to fail miserably. Jonny was your friend, and now he is your enemy. You must be your own person. But you must head towards Eric Baxter, and in order to do that, you must take out Christian Williams.

Take...him...out?

Yes. It is the only way.

Mills falls onto his knees while Kent smiles and continues to walk around him.

See that grave over there? It's your brother, Mark. Killed by the CIA pigs who manipulated him.

Kent points to a grave and a figure walks towards Mills. It is Mark Mills, the murdered brother of Nicky.

Did you forget me all of a sudden?

Mark... I...

Your still alive, Nicky. You have come so far but your letting yourself be trampled on.

No! That's not the case!

What the fuck have you become? A drug dealing bitch? You need to reach the top of the mountain and stay there. But only you can do that.

The brother of Mills disappears in the now foggy air and Mills pounds the ground with his fists while Kent still stands in the same position.

STOP FUCKING WITH MY MIND! STOP FUCKING WITH ME, KENT! YOU WONT DO THIS TO ME!

Kent begins to walk away from Nicky who gets to his feet and pulls out a gun from his pocket and fires three rounds at him. Kent stops and turns around, the bullets have not even shown up on his chest. Mills drops the gun while the businessman walks towards him.

I cannot help you unless you understand.

And with that, all of the figures that disappeared now stand around him. Jonny Fly, Mark Mills and Kent Strong all stand around him repeating the same word.

Understand...

The fog disappears and so do the figures, and eventually, Mills is plunged into darkness.

Mills? MILLS!

He's coming around.

Nicky Mills opens his eyes to where he collapsed to see Travis and Kent looking down at him. Nicky then remembers the words that were told to him in his dream.

Travis... Kent...

Well, I'm glad you woke the fuck up sometime.

Your right, Kent.

Right?

A smile appears across his face and the scene then slowly fades to black.
