The continuous rhythm of a heartbeat and the sound of a shovel smashing against the rock is heard several times while an unknown individual breathes and curses to himself while digging.

"I told you that we would finally meet up. I never wanted this but this is the path I have chosen."

The unidentified man thrusting the shovel into the dirt and throwing it aside in a repeated manner. There is a person lying on the dirt, gagged with a cloth of some sorts tied around his mouth so he can't speak and that his speech is muffled.

???: "Mppft! Mfft. MMPH!."

"I can't hear you. Don't waste your energy. It'll all be over in a few moments."

"MMMMMMPPPPPPH!"

Bright moonlight shines down onto the burial site where several trees are standing tall blocking some of the light so the surrounding area is darkness. After several seconds of rest, the unidentified shovel digger lights up a cigar and blows the smoke into the man's face.

"So.. do I say a few words for you before I bury you?"

"MPPFT! MMPH!"

"Fine. You say them."

The digger walks over to the victim and tears the cloth straight from his mouth. The man who has been gagged begins to speak and his voice is immediately identifiable.

"Please! Don't do this!"

"Save your breath, you retched piece of scum."

"Look, I'll give you whatever you want. Money, clothes, cars. Whatever! Just don't do this!"

"Shut up. This has been coming for a very long time. Your getting in that coffin and you will die a slow and painful death. And there's not a thing you can do about it. Once you become trapped in your own oxygen, you'll suddenly realize just how much pain and suffering you have caused to others. I am Death; not you."

"You wouldn't dare kill me! DO YOU HAVE ANY IDEA WHO THE FUCK I AM?!"

"And I simply don't care."

"My friends will never let you stand for this. Rilo, Sparks, they're coming for you."

'Death' begins laughing in a sadistic and evil manner that frightens the victim slightly. An open wooden coffin is seen nearby with the initials 'Nicky Mills' inscribed on the lid. The gravedigger places his foot onto the victim's chest and gives his answer.

"Incorrect. I have many enemies yet I an unharmed. Do you wonder why, Nicholas? Because I cannot be hurt. I am the nightmare you never wake from. I am your End."

"Bullshit! I'll hunt you down like a dog. You'll always be looking over your shoulder, always trying to escape the inevitable. Your a dead man and you know it."

"You cant kill Death, idiot."

"Watch me try."

The victim laughs and receives a blow to the chest from the shovel that 'Death' is holding in his arms. He then continues to dig the hole while the victim tries to move away. Eventually, 'Death' lifts the shovel and slams it straight in front of the victim.

"You've been dead a long time, Nicholas. But you refuse to accept it. You've had too many chances for redemption and now you will pay the ultimate price. No more hiding. You will pay for everyone you ever harmed in your life. Those victims of the Skydome bombing... the various mobster's you've killed... It's over."

"Never!"

"Into the box."

"You'd better run and hide, you punk motherfucker. I'll have you tortured in so many ways you won't even have a shred of dignity left."

"What's that? Bore me with one of those promo's you used to do? Nobody is here. It's just me and you."

"But you can't bury me alive!"

"Yes I can."

"What about MY redemption? What about getting revenge at Rilo for setting up my stabbing? What about Jason Sparks?"

"No. Your not the hand of justice."

"I WON'T LET YOU DO THIS!"

The victim makes another attempt to escape but is then dragged by his heels straight into the casket. After a struggle, the lid is closed and 'Death' begins to hammer several nails into the lid to prevent the victim from escaping. The moon has disappeared and the morning sun has finally risen.

"You will finally be laid to rest. The End has finally come."

The victim, even though he is in the box and his voice is slightly muffled, we can hear everything that is being said.

"PLEASE! DON'T DO THIS TO ME! OPEN THE FUCKING BOX!"

"See you in the afterlife, Nicholas."

"NO! NO! OPEN THIS FUCKING BOX RIGHT NOW!"

'Death' lifts up the coffin by both arms and throws it straight into the hole that has been buried. The coffin lands softly as several piles of dirt have been laid below. We can hear thumping from the victim in the casket while 'Death' begins to shovel dirt back into the hole.

Sarah Mills: NICKY?! HELP! DOCTOR!

The life support machine is beeping constantly and loudly while several doctors and nurses rush into the room. Nicky's children also enter the room, Joshua and Polly, both sixteen years old and twenty respectively.

Joshua: DAD!

Polly: DON'T LEAVE US, DADDY!

Doctor: "I need everyone to leave. Now!"

"Oh my god... Nicky, please. Don't leave now."

Nicky's children and his ex wife are rushed out of the room by nurses as Nicky is having electricity pumped into his heart via an AED machine to jumpstart his heart. The doctors do this several times while the crying and worry of the family is heard outside. Suddenly, the doctor notices movement.

"Wait! He's breathing! He's coming out of the coma!"

Nicky's eyes begin to flutter consistently while Nicky's children and Sarah enter the room, all crowding around him. His ex wife is ecstatic, placing her hand into his.

"He's alive! He's going to be okay!"

The other hand is seen gripping the bed side railing with a fist while Mills finally has come out of his coma in a weak state but out nonetheless.
