Drink Herbal Teas, especially Orange Herb and Green Tea with Chamomile and Bay Leaf. Drink Arizona Green Tea & Ginseng beverages often - No Soda except Grape or Ginger Ale. Drink Arizona Power and Energy drinks. Cook with and use Olive Oil always instead of other Food Oils and on Salads & Other Foods. Eat Fruits, Vegetables, Herbs, and all sorts of Peppers. Coral Calcium, Omega 3 from Mackerol & Salmon, Antioxidants, Selenium, yeast, alkali, Orange Juice, Brown Rice, Wild Rice, Brussel Spouts, Esparaghus, Routabager, Mustard Greens, Collard Greens, Turnip Greens, Mushrooms, Cabbage, Carrots, Potatoes, Onions, Collie Flour, Garlic, Celery, Plantains Green & Yellow, Seaweed, Sour Craft, Papaya, kiwi, Avacado Drink V-8's, Splash and Other Fruit & Vegetable drinks as often as possible. ALWAYS STEAM OR SAUTA VEGETABLES DON'T FULLY COOK VEGETABLES EVER OR THEY WILL LOOSE THEIR NUTRIENT VALUES. Take vitamins A, B, C, D, and E daily a good Multi-Vitamin also Castor Oil, and Codliver Oil daily. Salads Use Honey & Herbs - Thyme, Basil, Sweet Basil, Sage, Oregano, Parsley, Peppers, and other kinds of Herbs, Greens & Raw Vegetables in all Salads along with Grape Vinegar or Grape Food Wine, Olive Oil & Frank / Myrrh Oils. Macaroni or Lettuce, Tomatoes, Celery, Carrots, Raw Garlic, Onions, Cucumbers, Aloe Vera, Tuna Fish, and Salmon, Mackerol, Sardines, Fish of other kinds and Mustard. It's always Best to Eat Raw Fruits & Vegetables, Other Grains and Nuts. Eat Limes, Grapefruit, and Lemons. Drink Cranberry - Grape Juice Eat Melons, Prunes, Cherries, Berries, Grapes, Bannanas, Oranges, and Drink Juices. Don't drink Soda's at all. Ginger - Ale is Good for the Only Healthy Soda Drink or Grape. Drink Ginger, Ginseng, and Gingko Biloa. Sweeten foods and dishes, and dishes, and other edibles with Honey instead of Sugar. BUY A GOOD COOKING GRILL FOR MEATS AND VEGETABLES, DON'T EAT JUNK, LIKE CHIPS, CANDIES, AND NON-HEALTHY CHOCOLATE BARS. Honey is a healing agent, if you must use Sugar use Brown Sugar.
