Shampoo is a Chinese Amazon who turns into a small white cat when splashed with cold water. Shampoo was considered strong in her tribe but was defeated by girl-type Ranma when he was training in China with his father. She gave him the kiss of death and vowed to kill him. She later fights him as boy-type Ranma and now she wants to marry him. Shampoo works at the Cat Cafe her great Grandmother Cologne started,along with Mousse, a boy from her Chinese tribe who is head-over-heels in love with her. Shampoo normally beats him up for every attempt he makes at winning her heart but deep down she cares for him.
