Welcome to page 3. I hope your enjoying what
you see so far.The background image you see on this
page is the cover of my highschool yearbook('76).I
cannot bring myself to accept the fact that my class
is now in the planning stages of our 25th
reunion!

The highrise on Sunbury st.I remember throwing
stones into the big hole in the ground that was left
after they razed the house that was on this property
before the highrise.
This is where I(and countless others!!)spent
kindergarten through 5th grade...The Washington
School.It`s now a church.
This is where I spent 6th grade...The Stevens
School(taken in 1908).It's now a housing developement.
The old CoalTownship High School and later
the Shamokin area jr.high.I spent 8th grade and 9th
grade in there.and my mother graduated from this
school in '55.
The old Shamokin High School.I spent 10th and
11th grades here.My father graduated from this school
in '51.
I graduated from this school in '76,Ours was
the first class to graduate from the "new"
highschool.
Believe it or not I attended one other school
in Shamokin,7th grade was at the Pulaski school in
springfeild.
