The quilting project is to teach sewing skills at the same time working on entrepreneurial and employability skills.
Each students will make a small quilt and practice skills necessary to succeed in the world of work.

CLASSROOM MANAGEMENT
- Students have access to internet and computers.
- Students will work in cooperative groups with Jigsaw classroom approach.
- Students and teacher will use rubics to evluate sewing and quilt projects and behavior and participation skills for a grade each week.
Each student will develop an individual portfolio.
Develop a Portfolio Rubric to evaluate all aspects of the learning objectives.
