The pearl cloak of moon deems lovers
worthy of light, droplets of amber beams
settle abundant upon willows humble leaf heavy,
ready to fall, raining a nourishing love, in this
the hour of merging, a kiss pooling on their lips

His eyes swallow her quivering lip
long before the pleasure of drinking

Ocean spirits roar in the peace of this night,
valley-vanilla lifts bathing moonflower heads,
love alights on the flowers of innocence as newborn
seeds and ancient trees breathe a dance, faithful willow
bows in blessing, proud to bear their names.
