CONTEST RULES
The HOUSEQUEST! contest is officially closed as of September 26, 2005
This contest ends December 31, 2003 at 11:59pm EST, or when the first three correct entries are submitted and verified, which ever comes first, or whenever I feel like it
(see next paragraph). I may extend it after that but solely at my discretion. Winning entries must be recieved by me this date and time. After that date, I reserve the right to extend or cancel it on
a whim, whenever I choose. Winning entries submitted after that date for one of the three prizes still unclaimed will be awarded solely at my discretion."

after that date for one of the three prizes still unclaimed will be awarded solely at my discretion." Therefore, this contest may be cncelled on a whim, without prior notice at any time. If this
happens I will post the cancellation on the website. However, not seeing a post is not a 100% confirmation that the contest is still running. It may just mean I'm busy and haven't posted the update
yet. Be assured, however, that I will not cancel it just because someone comes to claim a prize. I will be honest and fair. The prize is already compiled so it makes no difference to me.
By entering you agree to let me post your name on my site for announcement purposes. Not responsable for any damages, etc. etc. etc. caused by the game, the contest, the prize disk, or anything on
it. I reserve the right to change the content of the prize disk without notice. It will have up to or less than 650mb of material possibly including, but not limited to: Original material, original
game mods, original expansions and boards for other popular games; Downloaded music (public domain), freeware and/or abandonware utilities and/or games etc.; Original video or still image artwork; A
copy of housequest featuring an exclusive image and music for the "enhanced" mode.
Prizes may vary by person. Prize disks and/or content may not be copied, duplicated, or re-distributed by any means without permission. Priize is awarded "as-is" and no warranty is implied. I
further reserve the right to change the actual prize if I see fit.
Void where prohibited by law. This Contest is not open to anyone who helped develop the game, or who has "insider information". The contest is meant to be fun, let's keep it that way. Anyone found
to be making this contest un-fun shall be disqualified from it, and lose all rights to anything associated with it. The contest will also be then declared imediately over, null, and void by me.
Finally, if there is some legal thing I have overlooked, and this contest somehow causes problems in a legal sense, it ends immediately, with no further prizes awarded or considered, regardless of
how many (if any) have already been awarded, as that is a definate circumstance of making it "un-fun" as described above.
Odds of winning: right now pretty good since barely anyone is playing the game that I know of...but will vary.
