Web Background Patterns

There are a lot of backgrounds on the net. However a good portion of them are all but unusable because the colors are too bright and you can't read fonts over them. Others are just plain dull. Still more look good individually, but bad in a tile format.

I've tried to make backgrounds that avoid these pitfalls. These are not just small pictures I decided to call backgrounds. I really worked on them. I believe it shows.

If you don't have use for them in a website, try them on your desktop.
