1 bag of Green pipe cleaners (or white colour is your choice)
you can alternate the colours. Or give it a 3D appearance)
1 bag of small silver safety pins
Crafters Glue, or Hot Gun Glue (preferably Adult supervision if used)
A bag of green, silver or gold sequins or Pearl Craft Balls.
Green or white small Frilly Ribbon.

Directions

Take pipe cleaners and contour them into a shamrock pattern.
Glue safety pin to upper portion of pipe cleaner.
Dotting even areas around the shamrock with glue, apply the sequins.
let dry.
at the top where the safety pin has been applied, glue a card or picture of said person.
At the Bottom where the pipe cleaners are connected,
Tie your ribbon into a frilly bow.

Now you have your St. Patrick' Name Tags!!
