1 pair French hooks
2 mini St. Patrick's day ornaments(available in seasonal section of most craft stores)
2 jump rings
jewelry pliers

Remove hanging cords from ornaments
Open jump rings with pliers and put through rings at the top of ornaments and the French hooks.
Use pliers to close,making sure there is no gap in the jump ring.
