This can be changed and arranged in many different ways.  Two are listed here.

Materials Needed--First off, all materials should not be real, or they won't last.

  Version 1-
a piece 3ft of natural looking vine 2-3 dozen natural looking flowers of your choice in a variety of sizes

  Version 2-
A piece 3ft of pine garland 1 dz white poinsettas 1 dz red poinsettas 1 dz mistletoe 2 Very Lg Bows (Red, Green or Silver)

Both Versions 1 spool of gauge 22 floral wire   Start off by clipping all the flowers down to about two inches below the head.  Next, take your wire, and securely fasten it to one end of the vine/garland.  Make sure it is tight, and well hidden.

Now comes the fun part.  Start arranging the flowers (the first half facing the way you are working).

Each time you add a flower, tightly tie it off with wire, making sure that you can't see the tail.

When you get to the middle try to make the transition as smoothly as possible to turning the flowers the other way, and keep going.  When you get to the end, tie off the wire, and cut it, weaving the end back in, so that no one gets hurt. Ending Version 1.

Once you decide where to hang it (I hang mine over my windows) gently drape the guaze over the garland for a romantic feel. Ending Version 2.

Hang your garland, and add the bows to either end.
