PERSON MISSING FOUND MURDEREDMadikeri May 14 A person who was missing since two days was found dead . The unknown culprits butchered him and kept the dead body inside another person’s house. Shivalinga (23) a bachelor of Gondibasvanahalli near Kushalnagar town was missing since two days. His dead body which is decomposed found in the house of Rishi Kumar at the same village. Surprisingly, Rishi Kumar the owner of the house is also missing since two days. Shivalingha was the writer in a stone quarry. In addition,. He was also doing some rice business. The victim had been attacked and was suffered with the throwing of chili powder on the face. A sickle mark on the neck is found. The police dogs “Copy” and “Showraya” could not smell the clue as the dead body was sprinkled with the chilly powder. The new S.P. Subramanyeshwara Rao,Somwarpet DYSP Jairam have visited the spot. Circle Inspector Girijesh is conducting thorough enquiry. LEGISLATVE MEMBERS REQUIRE TRAININGMadikeri May 14 The state legislative members both MLC’s and M.L.A’s require the law training. The law makers need deep knowledge about the law-suggested the State High Court Chief Justice Sirak Joseph. He was speaking after inaugurating the workshop on law conducted by the District legal cell, Bar Associations at Somwarpet. The law is common to all. The knowledge about the law, the details about convictions if law is broken and its repercussions should be analysed and should be understood by the legislative members as well as the local body representatives. The elected representatives themselves should not break the law and they should not stand on the accused box. All the legal cells in thaluk, district and state level should work for the awareness of law in rural areas Sirak Joseph said. .Mr. B.A.Jeevijaya called for the responsible act by the village Panchayath members who are been provided special powers by the state Govt.The 13 Govt. departments comes under the supervision of the respected Panchayaths- he said.
