BANGALORE CHALO IN JANUARY;

Member of the Parliament B.V.Sadananda Gowda cautioned the government that all the 71 BJP MLAs would hold Bangalore Chalo rally during January if the government fails to solve the problems of coffee growing districts.

Addressing a BJP rally here today, he said that the government did not pay even the amount towards the agriculture loan waiver. He announced that he has proposed a price stabilization fund scheme at a cost of rupees 2000 crore and will see that the centre accepts it. He challenged the CM to dissolve the assembly and face the election. We are confident of gaining majority to form a government, he opined.

Addressing the gathering B.B.Shivappa ridiculed Devegowda by stating that Gowdas fate was written by Brahma when he was in a drowsy mood and that is how Gowda could become a Prime minister. He also cajoled Gowda by stating that if he was fond of farmers and farming, he should have given his son the portfolio of agriculture and not PWD. He regretted that bureaucrats are looting the government exchequer. He mentioned that a village accountants house has 1.5 kilo gold while an engineers house will have 1.5 crore cash during raids, proving the fate of this country. Country could be saved only through political will, he said.

MLAs K.G.Bopaiah, H.D.Basavaraju, BJP district president S.G.Medappa, general secretary Sunil Subramani and others spoke on the occasion.
