INDIAN JUDICIARY BETTER THAN AMERICAN;

Indian judicial system is better than American in many aspects, said New York attorney M.B.Thimmaiah. In America, the advocates from two sides will decide whether the case is fit to be fought or could be settled outside court before trial. He called upon the advocates to serve their clients sincerely.

First division judge Gopala Krishna presided over the meet and briefed the audience about the benefits of Free Legal cells. Bar association president Abhimanyu Kumar presided over the meet. Advocate H.C.Nagesh and DySP Muralidhar spoke on Arrests and FIR.
