CODAVAS MEET SONIA, PRONAB;

A delegation of hundred Kodava members from the Codava National Council, led by Mr.N.U.Nachappa yesterday met AICC chairperson Sonia Gandhi and Defence Minister Mr.Pronob Mukerjee.

The CNC delegation met the leaders to press their demands for autonomous Kodava Land, recognition of Kodavas as minority nationals, constitutional guarantee for them etc.

The secretary general of the CNC Mr.N.U.Nachappa told that the above leaders assured to look into their demands. Earlier, the members sat on dharna at Janthar-Mantar area.

Today a seminar was held at New Delhi attended by think tanks.
