SNAKE AND THE DOCTOR!If the word snake and ladder is famous, here at Siddapur, the word snake and the doctor is making rounds! Pandemonium broke in a small house at Nanjarayapatna, few days ago as a poisonus snake made its entry into the kitchen. The ladies ran out helter - skelter. Anand, a bold member of the family dashed into the kitchen to see what he could do. The snake bit him no sooner than he entered. He did not lose courage. He pulled a fire wood piece from the corner and attacked the snake till it breathed its last. Later he bundled the remains of the snake and ran to Siddapur hospital. The doctor in the hospital feared for life as his patient threw a snake in front of him. The patient just wanted to know whether the snake is poisonous or what. Recovering from the shock, the doctor said it is a poisonous snake. Anand was treated for the poison. He returned home, throwing the snake into a bush. The treatment is on and Anand is recovering! |
