| I know its really hard to gain as a natural builder without using any supplements.but its better to make a body that will last a long time,in my opinion if you gain from supplements and you stop workingout your body turns into a balloon.Most of my friend have this problem,they used the famous weider's mega mass and they turn into a meat mountain,remember its a great supplelment but if you use it correctly,if you workout moderate you will gain more fat then muscles but if you workout hard you will find good results.so never complex yourself from those muscle magazines,you can make muscles like that,not that much huge but you can make a physic you are proud of ,so make sure you do a perfect workout and strike the muscle part you are workingout and respect your body. |

| TRAINING: BICEPS: Biceps are the most difficult body part to make for me i really done a great deal of you can say struggle to make them come out .So this is what i done to make them big not huge . first you have to take lighter weights and try to focus more intensely on the biceps,do three to four sets of 10 to 12 reps of dumbells curls standing and take a two to three minutes rest before moving to four to five set of straight-bar barbell curl.iam sure you'll love this exercise.As a continuous-tension-movement its superior for peaking.thats how you do it hang your arms straight down,locked your elbows and shoulders in positons the only things which go up and down should be your hands and forearms,when you bring it up,squeeze it hard to make a intense peak- contraction effect,dont get excited if your muscles get to much pump keep concentrating on the muscle. |
