This email group aims to report the latest findings, news, progresses, etc about the project undergoing in the Iranian Ministry of Welfare and Social Security on the subject of indicators and indexes for human development and health as well as for welfare and social security in Iran.
We are aware that several researchers in public and private sectors inside Iran and abroad (including those working for the Ministry of Health and Medical Education) are actively searching for experts who are ready to work on indicators and indexes properly made or customized for Iran situation. After working on theoretical aspects of these, they want experts' views on how to operationalize these indicators for measuring budget, quality and quantity of accessible input (manpower and facilities), quality and quantity of utilized output (healthcare services, social security and welfare services, etc.), and finally quality and quantity of outcome (the achieved improvement in collective development, health, social welfare, relief and security).
