Falling Down (No Hope)
there was nothing left
there was nobody left
the only solution was death
it happened so fast
i pulled the wings to my freedom
the pain echoed in my head
my vision blurred
voices start talking to me
in words i couldn't understand
a dark blur was all i could see
fragmented senteces
hoarse whispers
childish giggling
all i could hear
a swirling portal of black and grey
with a shadow looming on the outskirts
seems to be coming closer
as the voices get louder
i feel cold
i feel hands reaching out to me
voices calling my name
a light in front of me
with the portal of shadow
looming close behind
hope and the light grow near
i start to run but all is lost
i feel no hope
the pain returning
the echoing bang
my scream of disbelief
the blood trickling
my friends crying
the funeral on a grey sunday
the light ahead of me closes
i feel emptiness
tears begin to roll down my eye
the shadow growing in my mind
darkness right behind me now
the light fades from my reality
i let my body fall back into the cold
the dark portal consuming me
the shadow slowly creeps inside my body
everything goes cold
slowly the world spins around
slowly falling down
slowly
i close my eyes and let them take me
for what i've done i deserve this price
eternal darkness
for the pain i caused
as the world fades in and out
forever will i be a shadow
and nothing more
