Wetting someone also means that you have to do the wetting, leaving a wet object or puddle somewhere does not count
If someone claims they have wetted you, the game STOPS on the spot and that person may check you to see if you are wet, if theres any disputing over things call me IMMEDIATLY and I will sort things out. If you do the wetting, it is YOUR responsibility to check the person for wetness, don't get mad if I don't rule in your favor because you never checked the person
Once the sorting out has been completed, players must return to the EXACT position they were in before the wetting before the game resumes. The same applies for letting a parent in or out of their driveway.
ALSO VERY IMPORTANT
If YOUR parents call the cops on someone in waterwars YOU are kicked out of waterwars for the remainder of that round because someone could seriously get in trouble.
HOWEVER, this only means calling the cops to bail the kids out of waterwars, if the parent has a legitimate reason to call the cops, please see rule 13. This includes blocking someone in the driveway when their parent has to go to work or go anywhere else, destroying property or things of that sort
1. There is NO waterwars on any Lahser or Andover property at any time, these properties are a safe house.
2. You cannot be shot at your work DURING and ONLY DURING WORK HOURS, if you havent left work yet, that counts as work hours, if your hours have started and you are not yet at work, that is not work hours.
ex. parking lot, you are fair game, lunch break, you are fair game
3. You cannot be shot INSIDE church, but as soon as you step foot out of those doors, you are fair game
4. You cannot be shot in ANY house unless you are let/invited in my a LEGAL member of the household. An inclosed porch and a garage are both part of the house. However, you CAN shoot anyone whose outside your house if you are in it

If you decide to block a player in the driveway and the parents must get out, let them out, then the person blocked in must return to the driveway.
5. Only people in waterwars can wet people in waterwars
6. THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO KIDNAPPING ANYONE, if you do, the people involved WILL be booted out of waterwars for the round.
7. THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO CHEATING OR LYING, if I catch you lying that person WILL be kicked out of waterwars PERMANENTLY
8. You can be shot inside any other place if you are permitted in. examples: restaurants, museums, movie theatres
9.There is no bribery of other waterwars players to get them to concede victory to you
10. Any type of strategy can be used for cars except for breaking something. ex. if you leave your car window open and your inside you can be shot, you can hide in a car if you leave your car unlocked
11. You cannot be shot at any SCHOOL supported sport or activity away from school, fans at away games cannot be shot Concerning non school sports or practices, you can be shot in the parking lot just not inside.
12. There is no limit to the number of people that you can get to help you who are not involved in waterwars, but theres still no kidnapping.
13. Whatever decisions you make to take part in waterwars, YOU must live with the consequences, its not my fault if you do some dumb ass shit. ex. cops, being kicked out of places, parents
14. Concerning any type of trouble with authority that you get in involving waterwars, all wetting of players does NOT count until that trouble blows over.
15. If I and many other people feel that your waterwars tactics are TOTALLY out of line, I reserve the right to say "Screw you Tyrone, your no longer in this game." ex. stealing shit, breaking shit, hurting someone.
16. AP tests, model classes, farm classes, community service class, nature center classes and OCC classes during normal school hours count as you being at Lahser, even in the parking lot. If you are taking a class outside of school hours the parking lot is fair game, but not the building.
17. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE try to have someone trustworthy with you when you do the wetting, I hate taking one word against another.
18. You can't get shot at field trips.
19. In case of a tie, the two teams must get together and decide on a mutual tie breaker contest. This can be any game, sport, contest or event. I must be present at the showdown of this tie breaker and I will ref/judge/call this tie breaker. Once the tie breaker has been decided, the losing team must stand in a 4 person line with hands tied behind their backs and allow themselves to get soaked.
