Anyone who played Creatures 1 might remember the Cardinal Norns someone created. Well, I discovered by accident that I had bred some. I had hatched an egg and got a lovely little blue female who I named Kysis. I noted down her moniker as I always do, and then the game crashed.

When I reloaded it and hatched the egg again, I got an unusual orange male norn I named Northland. I later reinjected Kysis, and on closer examination found that they are essentially the same norn. They are genetically identical and have the same moniker.
