Dr. Edward de Bono, the guru of modern management thinking and inventor of 'lateral thinking' has done a lot of work in the field of creating thinking. He says creative thinking can be deliberate.
His CoRT thinking course helps you improve your thinking skills using any of the thinking tools he has developed.
Here we shall discuss and practice some of his techniques (esp. Six Thinking Hats).
