PHILATELIC ORIENTATION COURSE
To build up a good collection and preserve it, each new collector needs some basic knowledge about stamp collecting and practical training in this subject. BNPA provide such support to the new collector through arranging philatelic orientation course and philatelic workshop. Till now BNPA had organized 6 orientation course and 9 philatelic workshops in different time in different venues.
