PHILATELIC AUCTIONS
For disposing spare and duplicate philatelic items of the collectors, the BNPA has started regular philatelic auction since 1979.Presently it become a regular monthly occasion. Till July 1998,BNPA has arranged 142 auctions. Large number of stamp collector attends every such auction.
