Narrative Description of Project: Development of Human Resources Development (HRD) Information System for the six Directorates of WECS using Microsoft Access on MS-Windows 95. This HRD Model is a Relational Database Management System (RDBMS) which incorporates modules on human resources, skill modules, value analysis, work and training programs, etc.; Development of Users’ Manuals for the HRD Information System; Training the System Managers and Management Staff on the use of the HRD Information System; and Development and upgradation of man-power and activity schedules for the Inception Mission of the WIDP. |
