Elisha Cuthbert began her career in entertainment as a model at the age of seven. Soon after, she was cast as a series regular in the cable series "Are You Afraid of the Dark?"
She starred in the critically acclaimed telefilm "Lucky Girl," which earned her the "Gemini" for Best Actress in a Dramatic Program. The Prestigious "Gemini" is the Canadian equivalent of the Emmy. Elisha was also a correspondent for the award-winning series "Popular Mechanics for Kids."
On the big screen, she can currently be seen in "Love Actually" with Hugh Grant and Colin Firth. Next up, Cuthbert stars in the romantic comedy "The Girl Next Door" opposite Emile Hirsch. Elisha's additional film credits include the comedy "Old School" with Luke Wilson, Vince Vaughn and Will Ferrell, "Time at the Top," "Airspeed" and "Believe."
Born and raised in Canada, Cuthbert relocated to Los Angeles after winning the role of Kimberly Bauer on "24".c
