The Bond of Brotherhood
It is very rare in todays high paced high-speed world to find a small community thriving on simple life. Our days are filled with monotony and we find it harder to just stop and look at our surroundings.  As we age and our years make us wise, the routines we set for ourselves slowly become chains of bondage and burden.  We slowly become unable (or unwilling) to break down the walls that we have built around us and see the world through the eyes of a child.  A new world of novelty and wonder.
I have found such a community and it exists not only in Bladen County, North Carolina, but also in the heart of every girl and every boy that has not yet been privy to the repetitiveness and tedium of life.  I know this objective view of the world will fade from my thoughts and vanish one day.  Much like the slow wilting of a flower.  However, for now, the spirit and pure essence of what it means to be alive and the incomprehensible bond of friendship has been captured in a handful of photographs.  So now I would like to share with you my friends, my brothers, my sisters, and my equals.
