1) Animal is sold as a pet only. 2) Animal has a limited registration. Animal can still be shown in AKC obedience trials. 3) Animal is to be spayed/neutered by ____________________________________. 4) Animal is guaranteed against life threatening problems due to breeders breeding. Animal must be spayed/neutered by date indicated above in order for guarantee to be in effect. Animal must not of been bred accidentally or deliberately. Proof of veterinarian statement must be presented to seller for any serious problems that would be grounds for such replacement. A statement by the veterinarian should be sent to the seller notifying of spay/neuter date in order for guarantee to go into effect. If serious problems arise before spay/neuter date is in effect then with veterinarian statement animal must be returned to seller or buyer has the option to put the animal down. VETERINARIAN STATEMENT MUST BE PRESENTED. 5) Selller will not refund money in part or whole. Seller is not responsible for any veterinarian bills incurred on said animal. Care, and upkeep of said animal is the sole responsibility of the buyer. 6) Buyer understands that if animal is not spayed or neutered on or by the date indicated, the guarantee is INVALID. Seller WILL NOT honor the guarantee at all. There will be no excuses accepted on this matter. 7) If need to replace animal due to hereditary problems, animal will be replaced with an animal of equal value and quality as soon as one becomes available. Any replacement animal must be spayed/neutered ( unless buyer decides to pay the difference in price for a breeding quality animal. AGAIN, animal must be spayed/neutered by date indicated for guarantee to be effective. NO REPLACEMENTS WILL BE GIVEN WITHOUT VETERINARIAN STATEMENT ON WHAT LIFE THREATENING HEREDITARY PROBLEM EXIST. 8) Buyer agrees to proper care and up jkeep of said animal. Seller will not replace any abused or neglected animals...Seller will notify veterinarian office on the condition of the up keep of said animal. Boosters are a necessary preventative and must be kept up. Heartworm preventative is also necessary for the health of your new pet. 9) Buyer agrees to abide by the animal ordinance laws of their county, state and community. |

| 1) Animal is sold as breeding stock. 2) Animal has full registration. 3) Animal is fully guaranteed against any hereditary problems due to sellers breeding (hip and elbow dysplasia, esophagus, congenital heart diesease) Proof of veterinarian statement must be presented to seller for any serious problems that would be grounds for such replacement. AKC registration paper should also be returned to seller (to render it void through AKC) Animal must be spayed/neutered and placed in pet home (depending on seriousness of of problem). A serious problem animal should be put down. 4) Seller will not refund money in part or whole. Seller is not responsible for any veterinarian bills incurred on said animal. Care, and upkeep are the sole responsiblity of the buyer. 5) IF need arises to replace animal due to hereditary problems, animal will be replaced with an animal of equal value and quality as soon as one becomes available. SELLER WILL NOT REFUND ANY MONEY ON SAID ANIMAL. Replacement will not be given without veterinarian statements on what hereditary problem exist. 6) Buyer agrees to proper breeding techniqes. (No breeding until at least 18 months of age.) X-rays of hips and elbows should be taken prior to breeding. NO REPLACEMENT WILL BE GIVEN IF X-RAY WAS NOT DONE PRIOR TO BREEDING THIS ANIMAL. NO REPLACEMENTS WILL BE GIVEN IF ANIMAL WAS BRED UNDER 18 MONTHS OF AGE THIS CONTRACT WILL BE VOID. 7) Buyer agrees to proper care and upkeep of said animal...Seller will not replace any abused or neglected animals..Seller will notify veterinarian office on the condition of the upkeep of said animal. 8) Buyer understands it is best to wait till the animal is 2 years old and OFA'd cetified prior to breeding this animal. |
