Shrimp Kofta Curry

Ingrediants

1 lb Shrimp
1/2 tsp Turmanic pwd
3 Onion (chopped)
3 Green pepper(chopped)
1/2 tsp Chilly pwd
1 Egg
1/2 cup Bread crumbs
2 cups Coconut extract
1 tbsp Corriander(chopped)
1 tsp Garlic(chopped)
1 tsp Ginger(chopped)
1/4 cup Tomato puree
Oil for frying
Salt (up to taste)

Direction

Kofta: Cook shrimps with turmanic pwd ,mash it to the thick paste with salt.add 1 chopped onions and 2 green peppers in it,mix altogether and make a small balls.Dip in the beaten egg roll in the bread crumbs and deep fry to golden koftas,keep it aside.
Curry: Add 1 tbsp oil in a pan than add chopped 2 onions and 2 green pepper and fry for 5 minutes.Add tomato puree, gram masala and chilly pwd followed by the coconut extract and salt,allow it to boil.Gradually add fried koftas in low flame and leave it till the gravy becomes thick garnish with chopped corriander.
