Angle Hair Pasta With Shrimp And Basil

Ingrediants
1/4 cup olive oil
1(8 ounce) package hair pasta
1 tsp chopped garlic
1 pound large shrimp-pealed and deveined
2(28 ounce)cans Italian- style diced tomatoes,drained
1/4 cup chopped parslay
3 tbsp chopped fresh basil
3 tbsp grated Parmesen cheese

Direction
1: Add one tbsp of olive oil to a large pot of slightly salted water and bring to a boil .Add pasta and boil it than drain.to keep pasta sticking together, rinse it quickly with cold water.
2:Heat remaining olive oil in a 10 inch skillet.Cook garlic over medium heat,stirring constantly until the garlic is tender,about 1 min.Don't let the garlic burn.Add shrimp,and continue stirring until he pink,about 3 to 5 minutes.Remove the shrimps from the skillet and set aside.,br /> 3:Add tomatoes,parslay and brasil in the skillet.Continue cooking,stirring occasionally until the liquid is reduce by half,about 8 to 12 minutes.Returm shrimp to the skillet and continue cooking until the shrimps are heated through,about 2 to 3 minutes.Serve the shrimp mixture over the pasta.Top with grated Parmesen cheese.
