6 slices of sandwich bread
2 cup milk
3/4 cup fresh cream
4 tbsp sugar
6 green elaichis
100gms mava

Remove the curst cut the slices into two.Fry the bread pieces till golden brown and keep them aside. Heat milk, add saffron and a few drops of essence and pour over the slices Allow the bread slices to soak the milk than arrange them on a decorative plate Heat 2 tsp of ghee and lightly fry the crumbled mava,2 tsp of sugar and elaichi seeds.Spread the mava layer over the soaked bread pieces and also add fresh cream with it cover the mava with a cream layer and dacorate with varkh (foil) and nuts .Serve hot or cold.
