150 gms white flour(maida)
120 gms butter
50 gms fine suji
85 gms powdered sugar pwd
1/2 tsp vanila essence
Almonds nad cashew nuts for decoration
mix together the butter and sugar until it gets fluffy and light,than add vanilla essence.Stir maida nad suji and mix into the firm paste.Knead lightly and mould into a small rounds.Place the piece of cashewnuts or almonds in the center of each cookie.Bake on a greased pan at 190 C(375 F)
for about 12-15 minutes.
