Finger Fish

500 gms fish
1 tsp salt
1 tsp chilly
1/2 tsp musturd pwd
1/2 tsp black pepper
2-3 tbs of sayasauce
1 egg
1 cup bread crumbs
Oli for frying
Wash and cut the fish into finger fish piecesand place it in the bowl.Add all the above spices with soya sauceand rub this mixture on the fish pieces.Beat the egg and little salt.dip the fish pieces in the beaten egg and roll on bread crumbs .Fry them in a hot fry pan until the pieces becomes golden brown.Serve with french fries.
