Broasted chicken

Ingrediants
1 chicken(cut into 4 pieces)
50 gms butter
3 tbsp white vineger
3 tbsp soya sauce
1 tsp blackpepar
1 tbsp chinese salt
2tbsp mayonese
Regular salt upto your taste

1 egg (beated)
1 medium bowl of bread crumbs
1 small bowl of any potato chips(crushed)
Oil for deep frying

Direction
1: Wash and clean the chicken pieces and keep them aside.For a mixture melt a butter an low flame add vineger,soyasauce,blackpepar,and chinese salt and cook for 5 minute .turn off the flame cool the miture at room temperature.When it becomes cool add mayonese in it.Prick the chicken pieces with fork,make a diagnol slashes inch deep apart on the meat and put into the large bowl.Add the mixture into the chicken and rub them into the slashes all over for 2 minutes.Coat all the pieces gently.Cover and marinate for 2-3 hours in freezer.After duration pull the chicken from freezer and allow it to defrost at room temperature.Add crisp potato chips with fresh bread crumbs and beat one egg for coating.Try to use deep frying pan.Take the pieces one by one coated by egg and than crumbs.Fry them on medium heat until it becomes tender.Your delicious broasted crispy chicken is ready .Serve them with french fries and salad.(optional) 1
