Aloo Waray
Ingrediants

4-5 Potatoes
1 tsp red chilly(crushed)
1/2 tsp zeera
1/2 tsp sabut dhaniya
2-3 green chillies (chopped)
2-3 tbsp thick imli juice
1 onion(finally chopped)
1 bunch of Corriander(finally chopped)
1/2 tsp black pepar
salt upto your taste
Coating
1 cup Basin
1 tsp chaat masala
Oil for frying
Wash the potatoes and boil them.Take a bowl and mash boil potatoes with all the above ingrediants.Make a small balls (upto 15-20)and keep them aside.Take a bowl and add basin with little bit of water to make a thick bater.Add chaat masala in it.Heat the oil on a deep frying pan(karaya).Put the balls one by one in the bater for coating and than into a hot oil pan for frying .fFry them till they become golden brown.Soak the oil from the balls use paper towals.Your hot and spicy Aloo waray are ready to serve.
