Demea Anthony Jamison was on October 7, 1977 to Mr. Weldon Jamison, Jr. and the late Mrs. Jeanette Miles Jamison, in New Orleans, LA

He  is the grandson of Mrs. Arma A. Miles and the late Mr. Otis Miles, of New Orleans, LA, and Mrs Frances A. Jamison and the late Mr. Weldon "Buddie" Henry Jamison, Sr. of New Orleans, LA.

He is a 1995 graduate of Elanor McMain Magnet High School.  While attending McMain, he was a member of the Junior Varsity Basketball Team (10th Grade), Varsity Baseball Team and Varsity Football Team.  He was also a Fall 1993 initiate of Alpha Theta Sigma Service Fraternity, a member of The Fellowship Foundation, a member of Top Teens Of America, Inc. and the Boy Scouts of America.

After graduating high school, Demea accepted a football scholarship to attend Miles College in Birmingham, AL.  He later transferred to The Southern University and A&M College in Baton Rouge, LA, where he continued to play football.  In the Summer of 2001 he recieved his B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Southern University.  He also attended Southern Methodist University (SMU) in Dallas, TX, to pursue a Masters degree.  In the Fall of 2004, he earned his M.S. in Systems Engineering from SMU.

Demea has been employed for the past five (5) years at Lockheed Martin Aeronautics Company in Fort Worth, TX.  He is a Systems Engineer on the CNI team on the F-22A program.
