Wraiths rarely have political systems, if they do it is generally because someone was sitting and thinking one day and came up with an idea and everybody else acquiesced. These Political systems tend to vary wildly as Wraiths are very imaginative once they forget about day-to-day survival.

    Another way the Wraiths might be politically organized is through the subterfuge of one of the Magi. The Magi often abuse the complacency of the Wraiths to promote their paranoid agendas.
