Robert Plant
In 1968, Robert Plant, along with Jimmy Page, John Paul Jones, and John Bonham formed a group called Led Zeppelin. The band recorded and released nine albums within twelve years, all of them reaching platinum status. Unfortunately, drummer John Bonham died in 1980, dissolving the group immediately after. This would start Robert Plant's solo career, beginning with 1982's Pictures at Eleven. He released several solo albums throughout the years, and even reunited with Jones and Page for a few select reunions. Plant later recorded two albums with Page, 1994's No Quarter and 1998's Walking into Clarksdale. More recently, Plant released Dreamland in 2002 and Mighty Rearranger in 2005, with the backup band The Strange Sensation playing on both albums. Discography
